By accessing or using any service provided by NexaHost ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all these terms, do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or a notice on our website.
NexaHost provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS servers, SSL certificates, and related services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all amounts due. We reserve the right to suspend your account if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
New shared hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and VPS services are non-refundable. Renewal fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We target 99.9% network uptime. If uptime falls below this level in any given month (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a pro-rated service credit equal to the affected downtime. Credits are the sole remedy for downtime and may not exceed one month's service fee.
We perform periodic server-level backups as a courtesy. However, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee backup availability and shall not be liable for data loss. We strongly recommend you maintain independent, off-site backups of all data.
Either party may terminate services at any time. You may cancel through your dashboard. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexaHost, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
